Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kiriya 11 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the kiriya 11 website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, payment services, promotional offerings, and all other features made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I agree" or "Accept" checkbox, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the kiriya 11 Platform, you confirm and represent that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

kiriya 11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where legally required to provide advance notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence in all circumstances.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on kiriya 11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. The Platform does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances, and we employ active age verification measures including KYC document review to enforce this requirement.
• You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any business entity, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of kiriya 11 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must provide a valid, personal email address and mobile number that you own and control exclusively.
• You must not be self-excluded from kiriya 11 or subject to a cooling-off period at the time of registration or re-registration.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kiriya 11 Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, kiriya 11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical wagers placed through duplicate accounts, and withhold or confiscate any balances held within them.

2.3 KYC Verification

kiriya 11 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all player accounts. Withdrawal processing requires completed KYC verification. Players will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Identity verification: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence;
• Address verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Bangladesh, issued within the past three months;
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in your name.

kiriya 11 may request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to verify a player's identity, age, address, or the source of funds deposited into their account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension pending verification.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kiriya 11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kiriya 11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that are registered in the same name as the kiriya 11 account holder. The following payment methods are currently supported for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank;
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (where available and supported by the Player's issuing bank).

All transactions on the kiriya 11 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied for Bangladesh players. kiriya 11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kiriya 11 accepts no responsibility.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on kiriya 11 is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, kiriya 11 reserves the right to apply deposit limits at the account level based on the outcome of responsible gaming assessments or KYC review findings. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder and that was previously used to make at least one deposit into the account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Processing timeframes for withdrawals are as follows:

Bonus and Promotions Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kiriya 11 offers new members a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify for the welcome bonus, a player must make their first real-money deposit within 7 days of completing account registration. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus will be credited to the player's bonus wallet automatically following a successful qualifying deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by kiriya 11 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and cashback awards — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement for kiriya 11 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 in eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% of settled stakes on pre-match markets with odds of 1.5 or greater;
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period;
• kiriya 11 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that bonus terms have been exploited or circumvented.

4.3 General Promotion Rules

All promotions offered by kiriya 11 are intended for personal recreational use only. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically placing low-risk hedged bets to deplete wagering requirements, or exploiting mathematical inefficiencies in bonus structures — will have their promotional access restricted and their accounts reviewed under the Platform's fraud policy.

kiriya 11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is time-limited, the stated end date is final and kiriya 11 accepts no liability for a player's failure to claim or complete a promotion within the advertised window.

Gameplay and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the normal conduct of a game or bet, kiriya 11 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. kiriya 11 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical faults that are attributable to the player's device, internet connection, or browser configuration.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the kiriya 11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods; misrepresenting your age or identity;
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; hedging bets or placing offsetting wagers specifically to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting promotional terms in bad faith;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information during live dealer table play;
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, auto-clickers, or any automated software to interact with the kiriya 11 Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Money laundering: Using the kiriya 11 Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering, obscuring, or legitimising proceeds from illegal activity;
• Hacking and tampering: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the kiriya 11 Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for wagering purposes.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by kiriya 11

kiriya 11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Detection of duplicate accounts attributed to the same individual;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be preserved and returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour. Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed Terms violation, kiriya 11 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the prohibited conduct.

7.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their kiriya 11 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed through their normal channel, and the account balance (net of any forfeit amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who close their account voluntarily may request to re-open it after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to re-verification. Players who have self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme are subject to the specific reinstatement conditions described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

8.3 Deposit Limits and Session Controls

All kiriya 11 players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) and session time reminders through their account settings. These tools are designed to support healthy gambling habits and may be set at any time. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

The kiriya 11 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiriya 11 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from error. kiriya 11's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

kiriya 11 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not kiriya 11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing applicable to the online gaming industry. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the kiriya 11 support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected], where it will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
